Cement Fibre Board – TUFF
It is produced by mixing together wood, portland cement, and non-toxic chemical additives; and pressing
them into fleat sheet with high pressure. It takes excellent properties from the two major contents, wood
and cement. It is light, flexible, easy to work with, and has low heat conductivity like wook. It is durable,
and weather resistant, safe from termite and fungi, and fire resistant like cement. It is excellent for both
interior and exterior usage.

Cork Board
Insulation Corkboard is a natural product obtained by expanding Cork granules into blocks under high
pressure and temperature, + 300oC bonded by the cork’s natural resin. After steambaking the blocks are
cut to required sizes. Mainly used in insulation of roofs, ceilings, terraces, garages, walls, foundations,
swimming pools, subways, doors, ships and machinery.

together by a non-water soluble and fire retardant thermosetting resin. It is from coarse fibres and shot
due to its mineral composition.

Insulation Softboard – Ivory Faced
Insulation Softboard - Ivory Faced is a eucalyptus based softboard produced by a continuous wet lap process, followed
by controlled drying. This board has excellent acoustic and thermal insulation characteristics due to a great
number of minute interconnected air cells formed by its interwoven fibres.
A softboard with a thin yellowish pine pup layer applied to one board face during the wet lap formation manufacturing
stage. This integral fibre layer is not a finish but a smooth base for paint application.

Rockwool Panel

Sections bonded with thermosetting resin conforming to IS, ASTM , BS, JIS, DIN standards. All the forms
of Rock Wool are incombustible, fire retardant, moisture resistant, chemically inert, neither cause nor accelerate
corrosion, durable and do not sag and settle, are colourless friendly to handle and easy to apply.
It also resists the spread of flame to any material which it covers.
