Position: Admin Assistant

Qualifications: Bachelors in any stream

Admin: 1 year experience

Job Description

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Arrange for appointments and meetings, telephone screening and e-mail correspondences

Handles all other inquiries from customers and stores.

Projects at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

Ensures that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times and to keep all read, told, overheard information of the company and management strictly confidential at all times.

Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.

Good English communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
